As we begin the important process of selecting the next Superintendent for Wapsie Valley we are seeking dedicated community/parent representatives to serve on the Superintendent Search Screening Committee.

The Board of Education recognizes that our community/parent groups perspective is vital in identifying a leader who understands our district's unique culture, challenges, and aspirations. Your insight will be instrumental in evaluating candidates and ensuring we find the best possible fit for our students, employees, and community.

Committee Responsibilities:

• Reviewing candidate applications and resumes.

• Participating in the initial round of confidential interviews.

• Providing formal feedback and recommendations to the Board of Education.

Time Commitment: Service on this committee requires a significant time commitment and a strict adherence to confidentiality. Members must be available to attend all scheduled meetings and interview sessions.
